History

The business idea started in 2008 when Francesco Cesario, an Italian International Business Man, noticed a lack of presence of a real excellent artisan gelato in several Countries along the Eastern and southern shores of the Mediterranean Sea. Henceforth he started to build up a model as follows:

FRANCO GELATO & CAFFÈ STORES are intended to be a meeting place for all who like the real experience of an Italian atmosphere to be enjoyed with the five senses.
