Training
Our personnel is carefully selected and trained through
an induction programme where attendees, beside learning products
characteristics, absorb the basics of Italian food & beverage elements and
culture of the Italian way of living.
An advanced training course is given during a 3
months trial period to improve their soft skills ability in waiting our guests.
Role playing sessions are contantly held to test the level of learning.
